How friendship became forever

We met through the country swing dance community in Provo, became close friends, and eventually realized we were building something we never wanted to lose.
After a memorable New Year's Eve reconnect, our first official date happened, and everything moved forward with confidence, laughter, and a lot of dancing.

The milestones that brought us here
It Started With Dancing
Jordan stepped into the country swing scene, while Dallin had already been dancing for a few years and teaching at BYU. They shared mutual friends and crossed paths often, but at first they were just acquaintances.
From Friends To Something More
As they spent more time together through BYU Country Swing, football games, and long conversations, friendship became the kind of connection that felt easy and real. One early date opportunity was missed, but not for long.
A New Year's Eve Plot Twist
On December 31st, after a near run-in while Dallin was out with his family, he texted Jordan, invited her to dinner, and finally made his move. She said yes to dinner, yes to the date, and yes to becoming his girlfriend.
The Proposal
On March 29, 2025, Dallin proposed to Jordan at Grove Creek Trail in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Since choosing each other, they have built a life full of joy, faith, laughter, and dancing.
